Donnaka is from Ireland, and first came to St. Vincent and Bequia in 1990 as a volunteer teacher, where he taught for almost two and a half years in a skills training centre in Barrouallie, which is located on the leeward side of St. Vincent. His passion for hiking and the outdoors started as a cub scout, which he joined when he was 7 and has continued ever since. The outdoors have always been a special place for him. He has hiked in many of the 78 countries and territories that he has lived in or visited, and is a seasoned hiker.
Donnaka moved to Bequia 8 years ago and is passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Bequia and St. Vincent with visitors. He enjoys meeting new people and hopes to share a little of his knowledge and experience of these islands with you that he has accumulated over the years.
